Preppy Cardigan • Sheinside Review

I personally love Spring and Fall when the weather falls in that perfect in-between, but I know sometimes it can be tricky choosing an outfit for the transitional seasons. The weather is extremely fickle here where I live, so Spring usually means it's cold in the morning but too hot in the afternoon.
My tip to surviving crazy weather? A cardigan.

Cardigans are an essential in my closet because they're so comfortable and easy to throw on. With transitional periods like Spring and Fall, you can never go wrong with a cardigan because you can put it on when it's cold and take it off when it warms up in the afternoon. The cardigan that caught my eye was the Varsity Striped Cardigan because of the unique, preppy design.

Sheinside used DHL express shipping to ship my package to me, so shipping was extremely fast and only took a total of 8 business days to reach me!

The cardigan is a black and white mixed/marled knit colour with black and white stripes. It has a hood and POCKETS, which adds major points in my book because I always need pockets, whether it's to hold my phone or even just to keep my hands warm on a cold day.

I was really impressed with the quality of this cardigan. It's thick and warm, and quite suitable to wear even in winter. I love that it's oversized so it gives a casual, effortless feel, and it covers your bum if you want to wear tights under it. I paired it with a bow blouse and a lace-trim skort for a cutesy look, but honestly the colours and style of this cardigan make it easy to wear with any outfit. I can also see this cardigan worn with a crop tank top and black high waisted shorts or black ripped skinny jeans.
